Very Thankful for the swift action taken by the management team at Landmark apartments. I had an issue with my apartment upon move in and everything was taken care of. Special thanks to Keith the Customer Service Manager for the property. He made sure to confirm that I was happy with my apartment after everything was completed. I would also like to personally thank the Property Manager Melrose who also made sure that I had everything set. With that said, I really do enjoy Landmark Apartments, very dog friendly, the grounds are well maintained, and having the washer and dryer in the unit is very convenient.

I lived here 2020-2021. I don’t even leave reviews for nothing even after bad service but I owe them this one. Look elsewhere I promise y’all. It’s not about mice or roaches cuz they not all that bad I rarely seen them. Also helped we kept the place clean. But the leak problems in this apartment terrible! We had water damage from the first day we moved in and the leaks got so bad it went to the unit below us. They told the unit it’s because we were washing clothes which was not the case. Took them almost until the end of our lease to resolve this issue. Also they charged us over 1000 in damages that were there before we even moved in but that’s our fault for not taking pictures. MAKE SURE YALL TAKE PICTURES BEFORE AND AFTER YALL MOVE IN IF y’all decide to move here. And make sure they dispose of any dead bugs because we found a couple on our move in date

I have had such a great experience moving in. The Leasing office is great. Always answered my questions. I was a bit anxious about moving, but they really reassured me and walked me through this process. I worked with 2 people, Ms Indya and Ms. Amparo. They were awesome! Thank you again! I really love my apartment!

Run Down and out dated. They couldn’t even show me the unit I was moving into until move in day. First time viewing unit it had roaches in it…they didn’t care they just told me to call extermination services to fix the issue as if this wasn’t a big deal. Nonchalant and unprofessional leasing agents to say the least. Do not move here
