Kelsey is the best and most professional and caring leasing manager I have ever had the pleasure of meeting and dealing with. As a professional in the same business and having to move on a moments notice and with limited time frame, it was a breath of fresh air to have her walk both myself and wife through all the steps to get approved. Not only being kind and caring, but letting us know every step of the way on how everything had to be handled. She shows compassion and is very kind in everything. Both my wife and I are happy to call this community our new home and the wonderful amenities that are here to be available to us to use. I’ve been living here for almost a month now. The area is very quiet and in a good spot. I got lucky and chose an apartment with the view of the city/St. Helens. It’s a very pet friendly community, so you always see someone walking their pet. Yet at the same time, people make sure to pick up their dog’s poop. The only big issue at this property is the parking. There’s one assigned spot and a couple of guest spots (seems as if some don’t leave their apartment and park there 24/7). Luckily, my partner works 10 minutes away and gets to the property before 4 pm. It seems like packages arriving to the correct location/apartment might be another big issue. The office staff is very quick to answer our emails and maintenance completes work orders within 2 days (super awesome!). If the parking wasn’t an issue, it would be 5 stars for me!

Avoid this place!!!!!! So we lived there for 2 years, made the deposit when we moved in. Before to move out they made it very obvious that we won’t see our money back and told us not to clean up because no matter how hard we try it won’t be …Hi Dan, we appreciate your feedback and apologize if there was any miscommunication with your security deposit. Great staff and facilities. The staff respond really well to different requests, and are great at what they do. They have their work cut out for them with how large the complex is, but they do a great job!
