Beautiful property. Sadly, office management has ruined any positive aspects of this community and anything it has to offer. Show some respect and treat people how you’d like to be treated. Goes a long way! Do not recommend.

I lived in these apartments for 3 years, the staff was incredibly accommodating while I had financial difficulties due to the pandemic, and my apartment itself was beautiful and reasonably priced. My only complaints are shady neighbors who stole packages from my door countless times and fought so loudly that I had to call the police on one occasion. Their employee Terry, however, who was beyond rude to me. This employee hung up the phone on me when I nicely asked to have my packages held in the office so they can’t be stolen again, then when I called back she completely lost her temper when I voiced how unprofessional I felt her behavior was. I have never had such a horrible experience with any employee from any business before. Again, the rest of Rock Creek’s staff are absolute angels, but Terry does NOT belong in hospitality.

I use to love this place until the new management came in. Before we moved in we were told that there was going to be a garden center on the north side. After we moved in that didn't happen so we asked if we could build a garden bed on the …Hi Kim, sorry to hear about this negative experience. We hold all residents to the same standards with regards to the terms of the Rental Agreement. The patios & decks are not made to accommodate heavy plant life, we typically suggest no more than 5 medium sized plants (less than 1 gallon each). The other items permitted on patios and decks are outdoor patio furniture. We usually have a festive deck/patio decorating contest once or twice a year. Feel free to inquire at the Leasing Office for more information. We are open 7 days per week, available in person, by phone or email.

The office staff and the maintenance crew are top notch. Any concerns I have come across were addressed quickly.
