Lived here for about nine months. First, When I first moved in within 2/3days I noticed ants.I had ants in the living room on the carpet, in the kitchen on the floor and walls, ants in the second bedroom, in the bathroom, and in the hallway. My unit was infested with ants i have photos still as well. I was asked did I bring something in that could have caused them.. I never had problems with pest in any place that I have lived. I did not even put food in my house the first week, we were eating out. Other tenants said they had them as well. I had pest control sent out 3/4 times. Also, upon move in my toliet had urine stains like it had been used Disgusting and my tub was stained I had to do a deep clean on it myself to get rid of it. Second the elevator always reeks of animal urine or just stinks. The hallways always smell bad the carpet could use a deep cleaning. The trash and recycling over flows and theres homeless people sleeping in the parking lot. I wouldnt stay here again nor would i reccomend it. Rent is cheap so guess you get what you pay for huh.
