This location has seen some bad days recently! Big time improvements have been made. Pharmacy seems to be running better and the cashier Jessica has added a level of customer services I have never seen there. Your shift managers should takes lessons from her. What they seem to lack is the professionalism, personality and patience she shows your customers.

Two prescriptions were called in on Friday and on Tuesday I went to pick them up and only one was ready. Four days should be more that adequate time to fill a couple simple prescriptions. Had to wait in line off right out more people two times just to get the two prescriptions. Very bad customer service. They closed early yesterday because they don’t have the staff to cover their pharmacy. Probably because it’sa horrible place to work.

I gave an extra star out of pity for something that wouldn't have affected my visit, and that's the supply chain issue. However, I have been here many times for my prescriptions, and while the staff is very pleasant, the pharmacy is run like... a very poorly run pharmacy. Lines are the norm, half the time it's a 30+ minute wait. Today, my inspiration for the review, the wait was an hour. This has been a trend for me with all Walgreens. Another trend is poor call handling. Sit on hold for over an hour just to have them hang up on you. If you get someone you should be okay, but you'll be lucky to.

Scheduled my covid vaccine at this location. The line was long even with an appointment scheduled, it took about 45 minutes to get me vaccinated. Will be back in 3 weeks for my second dose of the covis vaccine. Was able to fine some more vitamins while waiting in line as well as a new face wash.
