My parents were great parents - they raised me well, but perhaps their greatest failure was raising me on Chipotle when Bajio’s was literally right down the road. Due to this fatal error, it wasn’t til the ripe age of [somewhere between ages 20 & 30] that I walked into this amazing restaurant for the first time, just a few months ago. They have exceeded every expectation I could possibly have for a quick-serve Mexican experience. Their menu is extensive, their food is always fresh, the inside of the restaurant is clean and vibrant & the staff is always friendly and happy to help. There are SO MANY customization options here compared to Chipotle and Qdoba. And guess what? $11 gets you a burrito the SIZE OF YOUR FACE, instead of now fitting in the palm of your hand (yes, yet another Chipotle jab). Eating here literally brings me so much joy. Face sized burritos not enough for you? You can get a platter with sides. Burrito not your thing? They have salads, bowls, quesadillas, chimichangas, tacos - you name it, they got it. Are you a morning bird? Because they got a breakfast menu just for you. I literally can not say enough good things about Bajio’s. This is my new happy place. My new comfort food. My husband knows if he ever winds up out in the doghouse, feeding me Bajio’s will get him back inside. For real; if you’ve been looking for a sign to try this place LOOK NO FURTHER. HERE IT IS. That is all.

Family owned and great staff that have worked there for a long time. Their stuffed quesadillas are amazing along with their breakfast burritos. Definitely worth the stop to enjoy some tasty Mexican cuisine from the Baja.

I know their website says that breakfast begins at 7:15am, so maybe they just need to adjust their hours online to reflect the 15 minute delay. I know for a fact that the doors open around 7am if it wasn't open then it was just a fluke. Hope that helps!
