I have called twice to schedule service, was asked if they could call me back. They never did. One call was in May the other in July. I went online to try to schedule an appointment. After you submit the request it says you will get a confirmation email in a few minutes. I never received that email. I checked my trash just to make sure. A few months ago I went up there to ask if someone could look at something on one of my tires as I was headed out on a trip the next day and wanted to make sure it was safe. The service writer told me I'd have to schedule an appointment and they were a week out. Wouldn't even look at my tire. I went down to America's tire down the street and the guy came out right away and took care of the situation for me. I guess I'm done going to this Firestone They don't seem to want customers. They used to be good.

I don't know about other locations but this one has always been great. If they notice a problem beyond what I brought my car in for, they let me know as soon as possible rather than wait till they are almost done with it's scheduled maintenance.

Great service! Gregory specifically was a class act! I took my Mini in for a diagnostic and while the code came back inconclusive, the Firestone staff was quick to offer suggestions and was patient as we worked to navigate my warranty coverage. You know it’s good auto service when you didn’t leave with the answer you were hoping for, but still left happy!

Came in with a flat tire that needed replacing. Instead of telling me it couldn't be same day, they told me to take my car to work while they came up with a quote. When they didn't call back that day, I called the next day. They cut me off mid-question to answer other phone calls. They gave me a quote via phone that didn't match their emailed quote, and even that I was told "we won't really know how much until the tire is on the car." Went to Les Schwab - much better experience.

I would call to find out for sure. It really depends on why it's leaking , a screw or something would be a relatively inexpensive fix but if it's not then they may recommend replacement.
They are doing a great job of wearing masks and keeping people separated.
