Totally dissatisfied!!!! I ordered 4 T-shirts for my daughter’s 3rd birthday with cocomelon theme. The printings they had on the T-shirt were way to small. When I asked them why they made them so small I was told “you should have told us how big you want them printed”. I’m totally disappointed. They didn’t even offer to remake it. All I got was we are sorry. I took it because 1. I Already paid for it in full(they charge full payment) 2. Because I didn’t have time to have it done elsewhere. I won’t be back at all!!!

Purchased a $25 blank hat thinking it was from the brand New Era, due to knowing little about hats and seeing a few New Era stickers on the display area. After carefully reviewing hat and doing research I noticed it was not from New Era, so I felt misguided. Hat is %100 acrylic and can probably be purchased somewhere else for far less. I liked the customization, so I would probably use services for that but never buy their merchandise, I would buy somewhere else and take it there to be customized. Can't get refund as hat has been customized already, from talking to employee, and makes no sense to spend double on another one. I just felt a little deceived by the display area, but I have learned my lesson and will not purchase without doing research first.

I could not have had a better experience. I needed 8 jackets personalized for an employee appreciation event in very short order. Not only were the jackets completed ahead of schedule, but the prices were reasonable and the folks were kind and accommodating. This is a fantastic local business!
