Was told my nails(that I had done there) were trash and not worth saving and doing a fill on, we needed to remove and start over. I agreed knowing they lifted a bit, figuring they would soak them off. Nail tech RIPPED them off, by using a nail tip and prying them off. I was too stunned to say anything. I pulled my hand away each time and she just grabbed and held tighter it took her all of 2 minutes to tear them off. In the end I was charged $67 for tearing up my natural nails and a full set of uneven nails. I will literally never go back, ever again. Worst experience ever

The lady was very rushed the entire time. She kept switching between being very patient and rushing, and kept telling me to relax nonstop. Very openly ran the drills across my cuticles and fingers and was surprised I was tensed up. She also got mad when he color selections weren’t to my liking and charged me 74 dollars for a basic French tip. Really disappointed.

Vanessa was very nice and took her time to make sure I felt comfortable. Most nail techs are in a rush to get you out of their seat and onto the next customer but Vanessa was the opposite. I'll definitely be coming back because of her.
