I live in sandy left home 10:00 and walked out of vision essentials at 11:00. They are a well oiled store.

My eye exam left me bewildered and in tears. I was given tests to the point I couldn't see and then guided down a hall and couldn't see where I was going. Then drops were put in my eye that stung and ran down my face while being told to hold my eyes open. Then I was spoken to at warp speed about possibly going blind if I didn't get more tests. And even more tests to determine if I needed surgery! I was so upset and didn't understand what she was talking about. Then the retail part was very rude and I was rushed to pick out glasses that I received UPS that are not at all correct. I should have known better to take advantage of a benefit that I pay for because that isn't the first time that glasses were made wrong. I am getting fed up with Kaiser all together.

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with any optometrist and glasses shop in the last 40 years. My prescription was off, which was a minor annoyance, but then they made me sign some waiver to have my favorite frames filled. I should have known then. They broke my lovely $900 frames and offered no compensation or recourse whatsoever. Will never be back, I would rather pay primary rates.
