Fast and excellent service across the board. Called ahead and described how I needed prescription glasses as a condition of my future employent and needed them ASAP. From reception, to onsite lab technicians, to their onsite optometrist; all responded with dilligence and professionalism and were able to accomodate my request that day! HIGHLY recommend this facility. The staff is always super kind and polite. I first came here in 2020 after needing a new prescription for quite a long time, they were really understanding and I never once felt uncomfortable. My sunglasses broke and the warranty on them allowed for the fix, well they got lost in the mail somehow, which was upsetting but Clackamas Stanton Optical took full accountability, and they had me chose a whole new pair of prescription sunglasses without charge! I recently broke my usual eye glasses, and decided to try the online order- in store pick up. SO SUPER easy, if you know your prescription or Stanton has it on file, then the online ordering for in-store pickup is literally just as simple as an Amazon check out, if not easier. Don't waste time going somewhere else, this place is quick, comfortable, helpful, and not to mention amazingly cheap.
