I admit I’m spoiled having lived in New York, San Francisco and the Wine Country in Napa Valley, CA. I’m so thrilled that Coquette has come to Central Point. I haven’t tried everything but can report on what I have tried. The cherry croissant and chocolate croissant were very good. The crust might be a little over done at times but very good all the same. The cheese and ham croissant were excellent. In the French tradition, it appears the pastries are made with minimal sugar and butter as they should be. Their breads are marvelous. As a constructive suggestion, my friend and I tried the sandwiches on their great bread, however we both felt it didn’t work for sandwiches and was difficult to chew as well as too much bread proportionally in the sandwich. How about baking a special French roll just for sandwiches with some embellishments. This is a gem of a bakery that brings to Central Point some special talent with a great staff servicing its customers!

Super happy to happen up this bakery! The morning bun was crisp and had an amazing caramel flavor from the butter. The blackberry and peach pain de fruit flaky, flavorful, phenomenal. Everything we ordered was delicious, I have high standards when it come to baked goods, this places far exceeded my expectations.
