MY wife and I traded in her old phone. Jason the employee at the time said he had a good deal for us. We traded in her phone and 200 bucks for a new Samsung. Come to find out it was a scam and now the employee is being investigated for fraud. ATT will not help us and keep giving us the cold shoulder. Don't buy ATT go somewhere else. They do not care about the customer.

I saw Charlemagne and he was wonderful. He explained why I was having trouble not getting my emails, he fixed my problem right away. I had multiple questions on my I pad as well as my cell, which he answered and explained so I could understand. I’m 79 years old and NOT a computer person at all. He is management material 100%. You have an excellent employee in Charlemagne!!!!
