I have been attempting to have my Washer fixed since January. I have had the situation escalated and assigned claim number numerus times. I have been told I would get a call in 24-48 hrs. I have had a 3rd party company that SEARS hired come out more times than I can count and has replaced 4 parts and deemed Washer unrepairable. Now they want to send a Sears Tech to look at it.... so 8 months of no working washer and Sears is DOING NOTHING but trying to continue to find a way to not replace it... I've been in tears. I have 7 children. 2 special needs and one new born. Laundry mat during a pandemic with medically fragile children is the LAST THING I need. No one hears me! MORE: Today 8/12/2021 a SEARS tech was suppose to come between 1-5. I have received no call and no one came. I just called 800 # and automated system says I am now rescheduled to August 27th... This is unbelievable!

This is a scam. They take your money and give you a bogus repair date then when you try to reach them your transferred to Asia who then transfers you to Mexico city. I'm out almost 400. Dollars. BEWARE Still waiting. They are ghosting me. Can't even ask for a refund. They were supposed to be out on June 30th no call letting me know they wouldn't be it's July 8 and still nothing. Next stop Better business bureau. What a waste of time. I can't believe I let them charge me ahead of time. Don't let the Sears name fool you they are not to be trusted.

Getting our washing machine bought 5 years ago new and needing repair recently was a disaster and an experience is the poorest of customer service. After the tech came out the first time, diagnosed the problem, and told us we needed a new part that would be mailed to our home, he rescheduled an appointment for two weeks later to install it. This is after we had waited two weeks for the first appointment. The delay could've easily been avoided if Sears stocked the common part. After the technician worked for three hours on the machine, he told me it was all fixed and proceeded to tell me he couldn't print out the receipt/itemized work order. I found out only hours after he had gone that the machine was in fact not fixed and we were at square one with the original defect. Immediately called Sears to explain the problem within a few hours of when he left. They should've contacted the tech sent him back out to our house or at least the next day to complete the job he supposedly started. Instead we were told Sears couldn't do anything and would have to schedule another appointment, except the appointment wasn't closed yet. I assume this means the tech didn't report the work order at the time of my call. No solutions or help was offered. I called a couple of times to talk to different people and no one could say anything but there was nothing they could do, that's not possible and offer weak excused like techs are not employees of Sears, they are contracted out. We are still waiting for our appointment. And the receipt which Sears says they cant even give us. We have to call Sears and they have to call the outsourced company who will call us in 24 hrs (never happened) then I can request it. Plus there is no direct ph. number I can call directly to the company and get my receipt. It is the most run around I've ever encountered. Sears has lost my business.
