The rolls were stale and steamed soggy. I asked for well done, curly fries. They were cold and soggy. The argue dip was cold and tasteless. The diet Coke was good. This is what happened to the Hackettstown Arby's. Closed! I will never waste my time driving to this Arbys again.

Besides the pointless use of paper straws. Arbys is always good to go.I have no real beef with Arby's,but A roast beef sandwich 😂. I give them an 80% out of 100%. I am Winkreeves on YouTube ✌️🌍.

Liked their roast beef sandwiches since I was a child. This location has the current menu and promotions. Average pricing for a fast food restaurant with ample parking. Update, dining area now open. Service was good but, when asked if dining area was open she said no but, people entered dining area.

Better today. Different staff, cleaner, they wore gloves preparing food. Food was warm today. Previous review: I went inside to order, and the person making the sandwiches WAS NOT WEARING GLOVES and had her hands in everything! The other person had gloves on. I told the person working in the front, and he didn't do anything! I went again and this time she had ONE GLOVE ON, HANDLING BOXES, THEN MADE SANDWICHES! The other person had gloves on. NOT GOING BACK. DISGUSTING AND NO ONE THERE CARES. They got the order wrong, but food was good. In January a new and better staff, order was right finally, but he forgot the salt and ketchup. Rolls were fresh. They were stale a few visits. So far, much better than my first review above.
