One of the cartridges was defective and their management didnt accept it back deapite it wasnt used at all. They gave me 15% off for the purchase of another cartridge. So they dont care about long term customer satisfaction. Im not gonna go back to this business.

Top notch dispo off Sunset and Cahuenga Blvd in West Hollywood. Knowledgeable budtenders let us know about the 1st, 2nd, & 3rd time discounts plus all the hood from drinks/edibles to flower and carts. They even let us bring in a small pup and had treats! Enjoy!!

Never happy with the wait times. Sometimes it takes 20 or minutes. Way too long and it feels like the people behind the counter just dilly dally having conversations with costumers taking up everybody else’s time. You need more staff! It would be nicer if the timing was more convenient. I go to another store that has me in and out within 5 minutes. Idk how they do it but I would ask why can’t it be the same here?
