It is 65 degree in the apartment and I've submitted maintenance request 3 times in a month. They still couldn't fix it. This is against New Jersey law. Don't live here.

We were without A/C for a month with temperatures above 80 degrees. We’ve been out of hot water for days before anyone addressed the issue. Management is useless and maintenance is unreliable, at best. The apartment looks like it hasn’t been renovated in about a decade. The walls are paper-thin and the construction overall is of the cheapest quality. The apartments are extremely overpriced and the complex is too small and overcrowded. A lot of money has been invested to produce an attractive facade, but this is not luxury and not worth the money. Don’t be fooled.

Denise at the front office is rude and unresponsive. Anytime we need something we are a bother to them. Front gates are open all day everyday. AC units are old and barely work in the summer. No AC in the hallways at all. Area is also terrible. The Panco (the point at watchung) management was much better than (Crystal ridge) who owns it now.
