Aspen Dental in Rome is excellent I highly recommend them I'm having some caps put on my teeth and the doctor there is excellent and dental hygienist is wonderful I would definitely go there 4 MI whole family dental care they've got my business from here on out . I am very satisfied , they got me in a timely fashion the doctor that did the work did an excellent job. the lady that clean my teeth did a wonderful job and did it with care and compassion and got me out in a very timely manner also , again I'm very satisfied thank you Aspen Dental 4 giving me my smile back . sincerely Kim DeVoe.

I've gone to Aspen for a few years now and never had a bad experience except for the last time. I got a filling and the Dr did a very unsatisfactory job to say the least. The dentist seemed very unprofessional while doing the filling, the filling has sharp edges where it was not done correctly and months later whenever I eat or drink something hot/cold it feels like someone is ripping my tooth out of my head when this was never an issue before. Then to add to it they told me I was all set for billing because I had a credit of over $100 then I receive a bill in the mail for almost DOUBLE what I was told when I had my consult $500 for one filling? Very disappointed. Will be finding a new dentist.

Dr. Damion Myers, office manager Audeliz P., and staff were great in helping me decide how to handle an unexpected high cost for an optional procedure. I was already in the chair but Dr. Myers and tech (sorry didn't get your name) could tell I was having second thoughts. We talked for 10 minutes and he recommended I should just not do it and save my money for a different problem. No sales pressure, no guilting me about wasting their time. He offered to send the x-rays, etc., on to another dentist (I'm moving out of state) in case I change my mind later. edit - it wasn't unexpected high cost due to them, it was my insurance not being clear on what they'd pay when I decided to start the process.

They get two stars because the people that work here are lovely but I’m not a fan of their unwillingness to work with customers to resolve issues. I was issued two sets of retainers less than a year ago and I lost those. Most dentists would have the scans we’d done previously on file and issue new ones. Dr. Myers insists they need to take more scans for reasons they can’t explain to me. My first appointment with them was just as frustrating so I won’t be going back.
