Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced

337 3489 The direct number without the need for the 1 800 number. Ordered a grooming item and driver released it on some strangers porch in a different city. Called the next day the driver retrieved the package and delivered it to the correct address the next day. Package was opened and retaped. There is no way i could keep the item because of this, completely gross. Called again and neither the person at the desk or the manager would assist or take responsibility. They are inconsiderate, rude and don't care. They want you to call the 1 800 number but you can call them directly at 337 3489. This is a number they purposely hide from the public for years because they don't want extra work. Enjoy. Thank you for being so useless Rome UPS :)

I would like to thank the UPS driver on rt 49 near Cleveland who delivered my package on Monday October 5th for putting the packages on my porch so they couldn't be seen by porch pirates as far as I'm concerned he went out of his way to do this thank you so much

Paid for an overnight air delivery. Should have recieve d envelope on friday, it is now Monday. No package and they can not locate it. How does UPS LOSE AN ENVELOPE. It was on truck in transit on friday.. Where did it go???
