It's a public park. The water games are simple. There are just for the kids to get wet. Sort of like sprinklers coming out the ground, a pole that has water buckets and they drop on the kids heads, a little tunel of pipes with water focus on the center to wet the kids passing through the center. If you check it out on Google there's lots of pictures showing them. I hope my answer is helpful.

If you're referring to the SPLASH PADS, I was just there this passed Sunday and there was no water coming from anywhere other than the bottles being sold by an icecream truck. My kids were very disappointed but still had a good time with all the play structures. There was quite a few people there so it was very lively but not too crowded. I definitely will return but the water would be perfect for this 110° weather!

If you want a table with shade then you should reserve the table. If you just want a table in the sun then you can find those depending on the time of day. I would never say you have to reserve a table, but you also do not have to get one.
