I think they start turning them on around Memorial Day.
The play fountains are not yet turned on this park. I'm pretty sure they don't turn them on until after school lets out. Maybe Memorial Day weekend
I'm sure there are drinking water fountains, but the water fountains to play in have not been turned on as of yet
