Are there set times for the water to run and shut off??? And how long does it take for the water to turn on once it is off?

Yes there is a set time and schedule you can google parks and recreation for an approximate time

I am not aware of a set schedule. I have been there when it turns off for a little bit, but I want to say it turns back in 10-15 minutes
