The bowling is very nice and my children had a very wonderful experience. but the dining experience was very uncomfortable and not really good. the servers were rude, rolled their eyes, and get annoyed when we asked for a refill on our drinks the very first time after seeing the response we decided not to ask anymore. They never came to ask if we needed anything. They didn’t even acknowledge us. Was so disappointed. It was really uncalled for.

We did this for an outing with my grandsons. They loved it too, especially the two year old. The bumpers and ramp made for a really great first bowling experience and the atmosphere was awesome!

I don't usually leave reviews but this was maybe the worst customer service I've ever encountered. The two of us came in and purchased a half hour of bowling at the front counter. The staff member gave me my receipt and told us we were on lane 2. We went to our lane, changed into our bowling shoes and walked to the bar to order food and drinks. If you've been here, you know the bar is a very short distance away from each lane and you can easily see each lane from the bar. Less than 5 minutes from leaving our lane, while standing and paying at the bar, I see another group sit down at our lane and start changing their shoes and setting up their game. I quickly walked back over to our lane and apologetically told them they had been sent to our lane. So now this group heads back to the counter to sort things out with the staff. Then an employee comes over to us and asks if I'm sure we're at the right lane. I explain to her, "yes, he said we were on lane 2 and pointed over here". She then says, with plenty of attitude, "did you PAY for lane 2?" So right off the bat, she has the nerve to accuse us of not paying. I show her my receipt, she looks at it, and without saying anything or apologizing, she turns around and walks back to the counter. We start our game and get about 10 minutes in when ANOTHER employee walks over to us and asks to see my receipt again. That was enough for us to leave. A word of advice for the staff: When you make a mistake that inconveniences your customer, you don't accuse them of being in the wrong place and not paying. And you certainly don't double down with the same accusation 10 minutes later after the situation was resolved and both parties had their own lane to bowl on. Not once did anyone offer a simple "sorry". Instead, all we got were dirty looks and attitude from staff. Food was disgusting too. This place won't last much longer with horrible customer service and bad food, and after reading a few other reviews, I can see that our experience is common here.

my 2nd time coming..... fun place to come on a date or with family... a full bar is available and a nice food menu, also an arcade for the kids.... Only thing i wish it was a little bigger especially around the bowling area that we have to share with another family ( i had 5adults/4kids)....

Absolutely. It's colorful, full of wondrous sights and objects. Everything is aquatic themed, so if you're looking for a place where children won't get bored of what's around them, this is it. The bowling alley is very kid friendly, so this is a great fun way for children to try something they might not get to as often.
If they like bowling, I'd say yes. Call ahead the day you want to go and ask about current wait for lanes/league bowling etc thst would affect your trip. ☺
You can add time but we suggest doing this when your lane is set up. If there is a wait you may not be able to add time later, as your lane may have been promised to someone after your time is up. Hours on Monday are 11-9 and on Sunday, 11-8
Yes, they are standard Brunswick lanes.

Is just painted , but nice the inside it looks original.
You can come with a Groupon. When we went we did not call ahead. Keep in mind though, we had to wait an hour or so for a lane to open up
I'm not sure. I only ate the pizza and the pizza is delicious there.
I liked it, the drinks were awesome. Go there treat yourself.
No you don't have to, but if you want to secure a spot, it's recommended.
In my opinion it is quite pricey. When we went there the first time they gave us a coupon for a free hour which was nice. It is for up to 5 people but doesn't include shoe rental.
