I love HEB's, but some are better than others. The highest I would go is 4 stars, if its a good store. What makes a 5 star? When there is exceptional setting and well stock store. Of course exceptional customer service. For this store I give 3 stars which is good.

Being from Louisiana, I love shopping at HEB! The prepared meal are so good, fresh fruit and meat. And a lot of candy!!!

WORST PLACE IVE EVER WORKED/SHOPPED IN! Heavy favoritism & internal politics, absurd hours, and inept management. This HEB has no problem working their employees like slaves. Management does not communicate with their employees unless it's to threaten them by cutting their hours or telling them to “work faster." Many of the products they try to pass off as “fresh” are passed their expiration date, especially their meats. This HEB does not care about its employees or its customers. STAY AWAY!

I love HEB, but it used to be all employees were helpful and greet you if you make eye contact. Not anymore. Too many will walk right past you even if you say hi, and they will walk around like zombies, cutting in front of guests like they don't notice others. Whatever happened to "pardon me" and "oops, sorry!" ??
