Would love to give it a five but the train is a real issue. Now lots of reviews mentioned train. Let me explain so close to the tracks and road crossing that my trailer shook. The horn is so loud and long that it jerked me awake. Pretty much ever couple hours. The day was beautiful and peaceful. I know why now all other campers were catching up on sleep. But there is a water fall. So must love trains. Very reasonably priced. 2 blocks away a free dump station with potable water. Great help with making a change to reservation. Clean and well spaced. Good shade lots of tent camping. But small. Barely
