I had to delete my previous review because the 113th precinct sent two officers, I'm assuming are from the SVU division to investigate what happened to my 18 year old son. They didn't come right when we called at first but they still came and they're investigating the case. Thanks, 113th precinct for taking my son's case seriously. You guys have renewed my faith in the Police. I saw my son smile for the first time in days. I mean, REALLY smile. And I have my higher power AND 113th precinct to thank for that smile on his face. Thank you guys so much for your attention to my son's case🥰

The best thing about having a police precinct in your neighborhood that can never be reached….NOTHING. Call the number it just rings and rings…there isn’t a telephone switch board operator. Why? Ugh!

It can be frustrating when there is no PA on staff to answer the phone. You should call and just not select any of the prompts...let it ring until the desk picks up. If the Sgt. is not otherwise busy, he/she may be able to answer your question or refer you to call the same number no one ever answers.
I don't know what report you're trying to get. Accident report just go to any city precinct have your ID with you and they will help you out
I called the police TWICE in a total of 6 hours and they never showed up. Guess they're busy giving each other hand jobs. Who knows. I used to have so much respect for NYPD until today. I guess they don't take calls to their department seriously. SMH
