After reading what one of your intake coordinators wrote online to someone that is not only bullying but also harassment, I will never come to this facility for care.

The facility is nice and the staff have never treated any way but good. Been here four times though and I bring my appointment card each time and they always tell me a different date. Get it together.

I spoke to an Adriana Wentland? Not sure of the spelling. She is rude. Honestly awful experience. Don't know why she had to be so ugly or condescending. Sad way to represent her place of employment, a metal health resource center. Really? And treat people like you are better than them....do not got here.

They do have a van that runs from certain locations to the facility. You would have to contact them to find out. I do think sooner are will pay for the ride and the city bus now stops directly Infront of the facility.

There are several places in the city that also provide various helping services. Hospitals and Crises Centers are open 24 hours
It depends on how soon you get your screening and intake completed. Screenings are done on a walk in basis Monday-Thursday 8-3 Fridays 8-12. Intakes are done on first come first serve basis first thing in the Am. If you have insurance then you will be scheduled for an intake.
