The entire staff at Classen View is amazing! They are so sweet and patient with my nervous puppy. He is my first dog so I have a million questions - they explain everything thoroughly and always call me back promptly after discussing my questions with the vet. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a genuine and dependable clinic!

Dr. Vansickle did a very thorough examination of the stray I brought in and was very kind and explained everything well. They were open on Christmas eve when my regular vet was closed. I will be coming back.

I have been taking my dog to this place for vaccination and grooming for about two years. I feel some mandatory vaccination is not necessary and too frequent, but they do a good job grooming my dog. It is also close to my house, so I'm Okay with the tradeoff. The most recent time I took my dog for grooming, he came back home with a cut on his neck. I did not see the wound when I picked him up, and not a SINGLE staff mentioned this to me . My dog is a 5 lb skinny toy poodle, the cut could have disabled him if any deeper!! I called the office immediately when I saw the wound. It seemed that whoever answered the phone call did not know that either. Later the groomer called later and apologized. I understand that accident happens sometime, but I deserve to know immediately.!! I will not go back to this place again!
