I don’t understand why there’s even a point in making an appointment at this location. Had people come in behind me only having to wait 15 minutes, but I had to wait over an hour passed my appointment time.

It’s impossible to even get in to this place because of how they do the phones. This isn’t a way to actually help people by giving out raffle appointments that are literally impossible. Show some compassion.

Every experience I've had with this center was disappointing and unprofessional!! Every person who has helped me at the desk has been rude and denied me services. I'm assuming they are administering services to their friends and family members and people if their kind only. To my understanding this is free services to whomever needs it and I haven't felt secure with this center. It's a shame!!! And I'm always having to wait over an hr to get birth control!! Pitiful shame!!!

I've been calling his place in 8 a.m. in the morning it is now 8:25 in the morning I don't understand why your employees aren't answering the phone are they deaf? They should all be fired

They say they don't take walk ins but thats the only sure way to get in. Just go in at 8:00 and if they won't except you walking in sit your hind in in the lobby and call. When they don't answer let them know no one is answering the phones and you need an appointment please 🙂

Does anyone ever answer the phone??? Ive been calling for a month and a half and nobody ever answers the phone! The 2x someone actually pickes up at 805am they said they were completely booked for the day.

It's free to those that have no insurance. If you have insurance they will take that information and bill them accordingly.

I would suggest calling them. It's income based. I got pills and they were free, 3 months worth. Income $15000 per year
