Switched to here from two different commercial gyms and I like AF much better. Small gym, small crowd, as it should be. Really just has everything you need and the atmosphere you need to do it. They’re working on getting an assisted pull up/dip machine, which is the only equipment I would request. The 24/7 schedule is everything.

Ryne SUCKS! I am just messing with you. Ryne is the top trainer in Oklahoma, if not North America. To be honest, my personal appearance has changed drastically due to his dedication, intelligence, and consistency. It amazes me how quality people are constantly overlooked, but I know Ryne will be in a great position deliver his level of excellence to masses of people who desire to change to better themselves. He is an amazing personal trainer, manager, and team member. #ryneisthebest

One of the smoothest experience i’ve ever had joining a gym. The owner was extremely personable and made me feel like family. It’s also one of the cleanest gyms i’ve ever been in, as well all the employees were ready to give me pointers on different work outs without me even getting a PT!! 10/10 recommend to anyone looking for a gym to call home
