At least the process of getting a car wash is relatively simple. They do offer a monthly wash option but I have as of yet been unable to find where to buy one. Not very well labeled. As far as the car goes if your car is relatively clean when you take it in and we get the job done but if you have more than a few days worth of dirt on it then it's not going to be able to clean everything in one wash.

The lady working there was very nice an friendly. Washers and dryers work really well. Was nice an clean. Will definitely go back.
