The drivethrough is permanently closed. They don't represent this on here. Also BOA has chosen to NOW not allow DBA peraonal accounts and I have to close mine after 25 years.

This bank need help on Saturday. Stop doing personal business on Saturday, and have everyone assisting someone. Waiting in long lines. I wish my company, would stop using them. Spend have your time in line. Why are people still using this bank? Find another bank is not hard. Glad I don't use this bank.

For years this bank has been a problem, a long time ago they would charge people a fee to cash a check we wrote to them , a customer wrote me a check today and they denied it because it had a typo and that's ok I understand but they would not call the person who wrote the check! only thing they did do was make me wait, and give me hateful attitude from management PRIOR to me getting denied and tellers were passive aggressive, ATM is often out of service and you can always expect a very long line at this bank. no one gets in a hurry here. If you enjoy long waits and being looked down upon this is your bank.
