It started a few years ago when I went to deposit our refund check for me and my husband. Both of our names on the account and both on the check. The branch manager would not let me get cash back saying my husband’s name was first therefore I could not get the money. We let that go along with more hiccups since then. Yesterday we had an issue with a deposit and the teller did not tell us instead we found out by email this morning. Now the bank will not answer the phone and even the corporate office can get a hold of them. Will not continue to bank with someone that will not even answer a phone! Very poor customer service!! We will be leaving them ASAP!!

Worst bank to try to deposit money . Atms never work ....the bank closes before working republican electricians can get off and not open on Saturdays. Slowest drive-throughs and rude ugly employees . Shut em down .

Trip to Regions on Whittlsey yesterday for a deposit. Line to drive in wrapped all the way around the building. Two lanes open with a car at each station. One car blocked both lanes where no one could advance. Went into the lobby only to be told all business had to be done through drive in. Been with Regions for twelve years. Worst customer service ever so I'll be finding a new bank. I keep

The Columbus Georgia branch on Whittlesey Rd. is by far the worst branch that I have EVER dealt with. Not only did my husband have to sit and wait for 45 minutes for help he was told incorrect information. I then called myself and spoke with the assistant manager Margaret Patterson and let me tell you I am glad that I deal with my amazing banker here in Louisiana. Not only did they give me totally different response she was very rude and would not provide me the branch managers name. I hope the branch manager see's this review and addresses with the staff the proper way to treat their clients.

if they have an account there they can deposit it in their own account and then pay you
