My 1st visit here. Josh checked me into my room and his personality was so refreshing and extremely pleasant. He checked on us each time he saw us. Monique was hilarious and really fun. The room was ok but only had like 2 outlets. The beds were suppose to be Queen size but looked like Full size. It's a great location for shopping and restaurants!!!

This hotel has the friendliest staff I have ever seen. The crew is amazing and everyone always greets you and tells you hello. The rooms are clean and so comfortable. I recommend to anyone because you are close to everything and it is very quiet.

Very friendly and helpful staff that go out of their way to be welcoming. Monique at the front desk is awesome! I had a good meal at the restaurant. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

My family and I stayed here this passed weekend and they were just great. There was a mistake when they first gave us a room, having accidentally given us a key to a room that wasn't quite ready yet. When we informed them, they apologized profusely and gave us another room. This didn't bother us by any means, most of my working career I have been doing housekeeping and maid services myself, as we understand that mistakes happen. That's totally fine. We went to our room and relaxed for a while then went on to dinner. When we returned, we found that they had gifted us an abundance of snacks and treats. This was unexpected but greatly appreciated, especially by our children. The room was large and clean, the hotel quite and very nice. The staff was also very nice, from the receptionist to the housekeepers. When we left, they offered us snacks for the road, which included warm cookies, again greatly appreciated by our children. When we return to Columbus, we will be certain to go back to DoubleTree!

I don't know. It once was The Sheraton Hotel several years ago before DoubleTree
