Recently, I came into Huntington Beach Ford to take a look at trucks on the used lot, and when cruising around I was approached by Nick. He was very friendly, informative and professional. He helped me to get my truck financed that day and walk off the lot with it. Max, the finance guy, was also very kind and had a great personality. I enjoyed my experience there mostly because they weren’t pushy and they were honest with me about costs and what I’d be paying for buying my vehicle. I recommend stopping in, whether it be for new or used, if you have questions, Nick is a great salesman.

So, I know the rumors that all dealerships are trying to rob you, but if you show a little patience and are nice to people, just sometimes they will come through for you. Today, I walked away with my 2021 Fullsize Ford Bronco that I ordered over 6 months ago. In fact this is the 3rd time I have been to this dealership in 4 years to buy a car. Not only did they work with me, they went way out of their way to answer questions I had about my vehicle, work on my financing and at one point had several people working to get me the APR % I so desperately was working towards. From Omar the GM who I dealt with for months, thanks for your patience from all my phone calls to Tony in Sales and forgive me because he is going to kill me, the guy in finance who worked to make the deal with Alex (I am so sorry I forgot you name) AMAZING JOB! I can honestly say, a heart felt thanks to all these guys. Thanks for giving me the car of my dreams.

I am the owner of my 3rd Ford Escape 2016. I have found the service dept to be acceptable. I was raised to be only a G M product user. I love the Ford Escape but also had a 1992 Mercury Grand Marquis. Best car every made. My 1999 Mercury Cougar was more fun than a Corvette. I am totally Ford's If HBFord would give me a new extended warranty on the 2020 Escape. I would buy one in lazer red.😇🤗

I have been able to get a walk in oil change 6 times so far without a hassle. I always come on a weekday morning, and they have accommodated me each time.
I was offered a complimentary very nice rental car from Enterprise Rental Car, down the street, at HB Ford expense. They had to get approval from Manufacturer and order parts. It was Transmission, warranty work, took about two weeks. I WAS OK THEIR EXPENSE
Some trucks DO have airbag recalls. Call the dealership with your VIN number and they can tell you if there are any recalls on your vehicle.
