Been going here for years with no issues until today. My battery died. I found my invoice (which everyone should keep) showing it has a 75 month warranty with a 24 month free replacement. It had been 25 months. So I take the battery in to get a pro rated replacement but the counter person said the battery didn't have a warranty and if I wanted a battery it was going to cost $124 for a new one. I told them the invoice says there is a 75 month warranty. He then said looks like the battery I brought in was a replacement for a battery I bought in 2014 which was correct. I bought a battery in 2014 and it died in 2018. I brought it in and received another battery I had to get prorated which was no big deal. Paid $70 and got a new battery. So now in 2020 the battery died and I'm here to get a new one but he is saying when I got the battery in 2018, the warranty doesn't transfer so there is no warranty. I then left and called their corporate office. Spoke to a helpful person there named Elisa. She explained to me the battery does have a warranty and I should talk to Vincent the store manager. I asked to talked to him but was informed he was on the phone. So I waited. I still had Elisa on the phone who was nice enough to wait on the line with me while I get everything situated. Several minutes went by and I was still waiting. Other employees asked if I had been helped. I told them I was waiting for Vincent. They said they would check for me. Another employee, Randy, took it a step further and asked if he can help me, which was nice. I explained the situation to him and gave him the invoice. He said he'll bring it to Vincent's attention. He came back and said Vincent told them to do a 25 month pro rate for a new battery. Which came out to $40 plus tax. I expressed my gratitude then hung up with Elisa at corporate. Michael then helps me out on the laptop but after saying the battery will be waiting for me outside, comes back and says he cannot find the battery. He said in the system it shows there were 3 but he couldn't find any. I said I need to get this battery and asked if there was a comparable battery he can give me instead. He said he has one but he would need to cancel everything and charge me for a new battery. This was frustrating. It seemed to me there were set on selling me a new battery and it didn't matter what I said. I told Michael I'm going to call corporate again and asked to speak to Vincent. He went to the back to talk to Vincent then came back out and brought out a battery and said Vincent said he can give me this battery which I was told had more power and that he wouldn't have to charge me anything additional. This was definitely frustrating to say the least. I wished I would've got the 1st person's name who helped me and let everyone know he was not helpful and only cared about selling me a new battery. I disliked having to call corporate and being proactive about the situation but I felt I was being taken advantage of. I'll probably never return and when this battery goes out I will go with another battery store.

Friendly, and informative staff. They checked the voltage of the battery before I purchased. I would definitely buy from here again.

Fast and courteous, also a good value for my hard-earned dollar! I bought a battery a year ago form these guys and it still has "new battery" crank! The only reason I'm on this page a year later is that my wifes car died this morning in the garage, no horn, dim lights, and a clicking when she tried to turn it over, we live out of the area but I work in Fontana and go in early. Remembering the good experience I had last time, I plan on going there today after work and buy another battery. I got a good deal even without a core last time. I'll review again in the future.
