Do NOT use this hotel. We made a reservation and was sent a text at 5 pm that are room could be checked into early for a fee. Our reservation was for the next day. When we got there the next day they said we had missed our reservation. Another woman standing there had the same issue. They refunded her room and allowed her to book for that night. They told us we could dispute it but to book again for that night. We did. We received the same text as the day before at 3:30pm. When we returned to the hotel at 10:30 at night they said we had no reservation. We were told we could pay for another room. Our refund from the 1st reservation was denied and we lost all of out points we had also used up for the reservation. The manager knew our daughter was sick and refused to correct the mistake. At 11 pm at night we had to drive an hour and a half home. I have never had such a terrible experience in a hotel.

I enjoyed the customer service they were very helpful and accommodating. Family have the pool and the room are really clean and spacious. I definitely will come back I recommend this hotel to all family and single couples that want a nice hotel to get away .

Rooms are clean and at times reasonably prices; staff is not friendly and could be more hospitable. Ther pricing fluctuations are too much additionally they seem to overcharge those who extend for a night or two. They seem not to care if you leave versus staying an extra night; almost taking pleasure letting you know they are sold out! Location is amazing and can be one of the best options cost wise bing near the beach and to downtown Huntington Beach.

Not a great experience, overpriced for a Monday night stay. Got stuck on the elevator, elevator works intermittently. They charge you for parking but don’t allow you to check in early. Yes they have the signs posted no early check in however booking.com does not show that information when you make the booking via 3rd party. The wall paper was peeling from the wall and the sliding glass doors were garbage barely open, hard to get open. Bed was not very comfortable and very broken in/old. They need some updates for the prices they are charging. Front desk staff is blah, not friendly and welcoming. They have bagged breakfast to grab in the morning not a fan of that when I’m paying $300 a night for a room. We stayed in the upgraded suite with the spa bathtub. The tub had tape on it in certain areas like it was falling apart. The “state” they are doing upgrades however a review from 6 months ago also says they were in process of upgrades. How long does it take to upgrade. The room was just dirty not what you expect judging from the outside of the building. Wouldn’t recommend staying here until they finish their “upgrades “. Didn’t bother to complain judging by the staff they could care less.
