Paid good money for 3 nights. Can't get room service till after 3rd day. If I wanted more towels I had to go get them. No towels at the pool. Breakfast was grab and go. Did not even bother with it.

Room wasn't very clean, floor was super dirty, but linens were clean. Service was great, they were very friendly and helpful. Very convinent location. Cooling didn't work super great.

The lady that checked us in was really kind and attentive to our requests. So kudos there for sure When we checked out, they waved the crib fee too. Nice bonus for sure! We didn't notice the neighbors in their rooms either which helped us sleep better. Issues: Carpets turned feet black, toilet chain was too long to flush (I fixed it), TV remotes didn't work (I reprogrammed them), bathroom doorknob was so loose it couldn't be turned without the core turning too (it had been put together wrong), the AC unit only cooled one half of the room, "breakfast" was a sorry tiny burrito (which you had to heat up in the microwave in your room), 1/2 cup of juice and a small muffin. When they said "breakfast included", I definitely expected more than that.

This hotel is a good value for the price. Located within easy distance to the beautiful beaches of Southern California, the hotel is clean, updated, and modern. We enjoy having a sofa seating area in the suite and the bathroom is well appointed. Our bed is supremely comfortable. The staff is warm, caring and friendly! In a word, Terrific. So far, this is among the top 3 of the many Choice Hotel stays we've had since our cross-country trip began 6 weeks ago. Quite satisfied.
