I had made an appointment i called to let them know I tested positive for covid and needed a new appointment a new appointment was made i showed up for the appointment and was told they changed it but I wasn't notified and they guy said yeah I called you myself and I told him I've never spoken to a man it was a women but the rudeness I will not recommend this clinic

This medical establishment is an absolute joke and a mockery of today's medical abilities and service. I warn you DO NOT EVEN THINK about spending your money or having ANY sort of DENTAL procedures done here. I had a massively infected tooth and was charged 127$ plus $45 for nitrous for an extraction. Upon arrival my adenoids, jaw and gums were swollen even the the visible eye. I requested an antibiotic before they tried to extract but they swore they could pull it. In the process the broke the tooth and still could not get it out. I was prescribed an antibiotic and rescheduled for 2 weeks out. Upon arrival for my rescheduled appointment at a different facility, I sat and waited for half an hour and then made it back talked with the dental assistant and then the dentist came back to inform me they did not have any nitrous. Why they would not have caught that prior to the appointment is absolutely beyond me yet alone a dental facility without gas in the 1st place. Obviously some one's not doing their job. We rescheduled the appointment for another 2 to 3 weeks out but the tooth got reinfected. I called for an antibiotic and it took 3 days to get it but it was filled. I took the antibiotic for a week, but by the next appointment the tooth was still infected, so I called for over a week straight to try and refill my antibiotic. I have been told that I will receive no more refills on antibiotics and that they can either pull the tooth or I can take my business elsewhere. This is all over a $10 antibiotic! These people do not give two flips about you and they treat you like a product not a person. Again, I warn anybody to never use this service.

Dr Shein, Dentist Dr Bostic and nurse Keasha are so Awesome they are Compassionate and professional Both Dr have helped with with difficult and challenging cases with easy and with great results Keasha Dr Shen nurse is a true rave of Sunshine She also has great advice and and great listener I am so Blessed to have them as part of my medical team I feel everyone I come in contact with at Perry Klassen truly have a heart for serving the under privileged with dignity and respect Please have staff see this review It's the least I could do for them to rave about them
