This clinic is extremely hard to reach via phone. They keep you on hold forever.

Doctors and PA are amazing. The front office and on-call nurse is severely lacking. Called at 730 to see if I needed to take my son to the ER or just make a doctor's visit. it's now 1141 and still have not gotten a call. Decided to just take him in around 845. Called several times and kept getting the message they are experiencing high call volumes and to please try again.

It's hard to get through...either the system is overloaded or they don't have enough people to answer phone calls.

I have a cyst on my charm and it hurts real bad.so can I walk in a urgent care to get it removed..the pain is so strong..I need to be seen today so I can feel better
