Reoccurring outages, poor customer service and long waits for technicians to come out and fix problems. Its always a line issue and they still make you wait for a tech to come and see if they can charge you extra for repairs. We switched to another service and have excellent 1 gig fiber optic service.

Had to bring in a non-working "updated" modem that I received from Cox to swap out for another one that did work. Employees were helpful with correcting the issue and got it taken care of quickly.

I had to get on here and share my experience. Bills have been piling up on me lately. So, In attempt to lower my Cox bill I went in to return my equipment. The man who helped me decided to try and see if he could lower my bill for me. To summarize : he was able to lower my bill by over $50 and get me better quality internet . I am beyond grateful to this man , his supervisor and this store as a whole for their efforts. Definitely recommend to any and everyone .

You do NOT have to use a Cox modem. Just one that is "Docsis 3.0" compliant. An upfront cost, but will pay for itself.
