-4 Stars Went to Hibdon Tires Plus because my truck was making a rattling from the front end. They said they couldn't see my truck but they would see it 1st thing in the morning as long as I was there by 8 AM the next day. So I was the very 1st person through the door and checked in the next morning at 8 AM. At 10:25 I asked what the problem was i was told there were 4 vehicles left over from the day before ahead of me. I explained that I could not wait much longer because I have a construction company to run and I need the truck. After about 15 more minutes I was informed that there are still 3 vehicles ahead of mine. I asked for my keys back and I left. Clearly they are only good for alignments.. This scheduled appointments me nothing to these people...

Chase and Anthony are awesome!! Very helpful and customer oriented. Answered all of our questions and notified my husband in a timely manner of the car being ready. They were also very reasonably priced for the work they did on the A/C and it's so cold it's freezing me. I'd recommend them to anyone!!!!!! Customer service is amazing!!

Excellent service, in an emergency, on a Sunday. They did not have the correct tire in stock but provided a very workable option. I still deal with Hibdon having left my car in Oklahoma while traveling abroad.

Not good at all on answering phone calls I called 3 times for 2 min each no answer like that’s ur job is for one of the people to stand that the desk and answer calls

Sorry but they also have to deal with customers and revisions on work orders.....its not just stand there answering phone

Yep

I had an appointment and was there on time. An hour later, they had not started on me car. I was the only customer waiting in the store for my car. When I asked, I was told I needed to get there as soon as they opened.

All Hibdons locations never answer the phone. They will email telling you to call the store but all you get is put on hold. The appointment system is a joke. It’s impossible to tell wether you actually have a confirmed appointment or not
