It’s adequate. Staff super nice. But $250 a night for a very dated bathroom is a lot to me. Also the rooms are supposed to be non-smoking incl balconies. I looked up and down- all smoking. The stench from the cigarettes was a big detraction god this asthmatic.

Rooms were very clean, we were on the 6th floor, ocean front views. Everything was great. Staff welcoming. Very nice and quiet. Restaurant that just opened in the hotel was good food, kinda slow cooking but there was also a party of 25 that came in after us, overall it was nice. Pool was good, we were used to other hotels with more of a selection of pools but no complaints here, maybe add a hot tub. Rooms were great, but the AC is either on or off, blankets are thin. With a thicker blanket in the closet but even then I was cold. So next time we come we will add another blanket. Just my preference. Tv was small and hard to see from one of the beds, no big deal. And only leaving a 4 star only cause there’s no microwave, to reheat my daughters food from restaurant. Walking distance to everything. Overall was a great vacation, clean rooms. And nice staff. Will definitely be back again.

LOVE THIS PLACE! Great location. Super clean rooms. A real home away from home. Vanita & her crew made us feel like family. Stayed a week with my Mom & they would yell, "Hey Mother/Daughter" everytime we passed. I highly recommend and cant wait to stay here again!

The rooms were nice enough and you can't go wrong with beachfront view. The bathroom was very tiny though. There were NO microwaves so keep that in mind if you have leftovers because you won't have a way to heat anything up. There is not breakfast included here so you're on your own for that. The water temperature in the shower kept changing from blistering hot to freezing cold on it's own. The water pressure in the bathroom sink was way too powerful.
