Is the hotel dining room finished yet, I was there in November and they were closed for remodeling?

The internet Cafe? It said it was opened for limited coffee service. I didn't see a dining room.

I was there last week and it was not. They were only serving coffee and tea in the mornings.

I do apologize but we did not go to the dining room or the internet cafe. We went out to get food and stayed in our room. We used the wifi and brought our own Laptop.
