Great location, loved the free and convenient parking. Was able to check in a little early which was much-appreciated. Room was spacious with nice furniture and amenities. However, the room was stuffy with a strange smell that never cleared out. The a/c units were noisy and didn’t cool the room. Pull out couch mattress was terrible- stained and very thin, plus there was no blanket. We asked at the front desk before we left for dinner and she said we could get it at the desk when we got back. When we were back she was out of blankets but brought one up to our room quickly. It was extremely worn with a big hole. The only clock in the room was set to the wrong time with a bolt on the back so we couldn’t reset it. We asked for a screwdriver and were told the engineer would come up but after an hour we canceled the request. Breakfast was very good but not replenished in a timely manner. Coffee cups and juice cups were totally out- I found the attendant and ask for cups only to find out that both coffees were empty anyways. The breakfast room itself was 84 degrees on the thermostat and climbing at 9am.

Exceptionally nice hotel. Only gripe I had was that the hot tub was broken, but that happens. Rooms were clean and spacious, with absolutely outstanding views from the in-room balconies. Breakfast wasn't anything great, but it's nice that it's included with the room. Staff were friendly and effective. Great location. Overall, probably the best value I've ever seen at this price point (though it's probably much more expensive during peak season, so your mileage may vary).

My favorite place to stay at the beach. Hot breakfast, but usually runs 30 minutes behind every time we come. Friendly staff, Clean rooms, small exercise center, and pool. During peak season they don’t have enough parking spaces. They say they will tow, but when my sister told the front desk it was a lot of cars without parking passes, the guy said he “might” call them to check and told her to park on the ramp. It’s right on oceanfront and restaurants are within distance. Great views!

This Hotel is well run, and the workers seem happy. Lena was wonderful by listening to Joy the manager (that relayed the message from vacation) and making sure my 86 year old Mom had a walk in shower room for our stay. Upon check-in Lena was very professional, efficient and pleasant along with her colleague Tasha. Maintenance person Eli went beyond his job description and helped me when we needed a new comforter. Many thanks for a wonderful stay. Keep up the good work!
