Arrived to be told that they didn’t have the car we reserved and they offered us something that was not comparable. Ended up getting a car similar to the one we initially reserved from another location brought to Orleans. When we came back a second time to get the right car we were told we needed documents to use a debit card. Came back a 3rd time 10min later with the documents and there was no one there at all. Doors unlocked. Safe wide open. Waited 15 min for the girl to come back from the ride she was on with her co-worker. No apology at all the entire time. If you knew that you didn’t have the car we needed( we called few days before our reservation to confirm that you had this car since it was essential to our needs and was told we were all set) why wouldn’t you call the customer right away and let them know so they could come to a solution before their pick up time??? Terrible customer service. And to top it off as we were leaving, late at this point for our trip, I realized my license was missing. Called enterprise and sure enough it was there….. obviously the girl was too lazy to call us and let us know we left it before driving to Florida in their rental car. DO BETTER!!!

I reserved a car and arrived at the Orleans location to pick it up at the reservation time. Although it was during "open hours," the office was locked. I called the local phone number, in case someone was inside and no one picked up locally. I called the 1-800 # and customer service said that the regional manager would call me. As I started to ask for a time frame, the customer service representative hung up. I am stranded with no rental, no callback, and poor customer service.
