Trying to navigate the court records search is a joke. It is set so that it never operates properly. today it even said I myself had no record and this is is not accurate. hey mass county you tax your citizens to death and can't even give them a decent record of the courts.

Everyone was greeted and helped as the lady (shoulder length strawberry blonde hair) kept looking at me and walking right past me. She was making small talk with a woman and her little boy after helping them then after about 10 mins finally walked over to me without a greeting of any kind and in a very unfriendly manner grabbed my form and said "I need your ID and it's twenty dollars!". She walked off and printed my son's birth certificate then came back and set it down and walked off without another word not even a you're welcome after I said thank you. Clearly she was able of kindness as I watched her give it to others there but for some reason she decided only some people get good service. Nice.

Corrupt judges per small claims court that don’t listen to both sides fairly with but show favoritism to lawyers then individuals who represent themselves. Judge was looking for easiest way to dismiss case rather than hear the facts. Stay away from doing business in this county to avoid dealing with its judges.
