Their trucks keep using my driveway as a turn around. We have called and asked them not to. They did it again today. When I called, Anne was very rude. She was very rude last time, too. I don't know why she thinks they have the right to be on my property. I would never use this business if this is how they handle a minor issue.

If you love having a local business do not go with Nauset they have sold and is a "Foreign Corporation" according to the state corporation website. Now owned by Waste Connections from woodland Texas.

We switched to Nauset Disposal last year after using another Cape company out of Marstons Mills. We never knew what good service was until we started with Nauset. Our other company would never go out of their way to do anything. Nauset employees are absolutely exceptional. Not only are they friendly, well groomed, but insist on helping you above and beyond what one would expect. And so darned nice! Cannot say enough about them!

6 years i used macombers trash service with not a single problem.then these dingbats bought the route. they couldnt make it the first day.first they didnt take my trash then they accused me of putting it out late. but yet theres my trash can at the end of the driveway. the same place theyv been for 6 years. feb 3 2022
