This experience went downhill as soon as we walked in the door. The staff did not communicate wait times do not offer/direct anyone a place to sit and wait; we had to go and ask if there was a waiting list we could get on, only to be answered rudely that there was not. Once we were seated, we waited 15mns and still no table service, had to get up and find something to ask for water at our table. 5 minuets later we left and went to another restaurant. NEVER going back to this place again!

I am sorry to have to say this but as a visitor I have been coming and eating at the yardarm for many years food extremely good and was was very disappointed and upset at the reception we got by a very unpleasant young lady who would not let us in, as they only had one waitress, we were four people, she had a bad attitude, and refused us, then continued to let in four people in couples of two. Won't ever go there again. So sorry Yardarm food was so good, but need to give your staff a lesson in.manners and customer care.

Not great ambience, just great food. Oysters and scallops are great this year!
