The Pharmacy is the worst place. The waiting time is over an hour to get your meds. The staff are unprofessional and rude.

I always advise to get encounter notes in ASAP, preferably same day or next day. This may cut down your encounters, however it is better to have every note approved, instead of a percentage of them.
